From me to you

 Dear Friend, 

I am thrilled to share the first completed song from my band, War Balloon, with you. 

  
This song, named after the first Sensory Deprivation Flotation Centre in the Illawarra, emerged from an opportunity the owner gave me. A Musicians in Residency - two free floats in exchange for a piece of music written about the experience. I hope this song gives you a glimpse of the gratitude I feel for this opportunity.  

As the name suggests, the intention is to gift you space, the opportunity to quiet yourself and truly tune in. 

I recommend first listening to this song while doing nothing else. Make yourself comfortable, lay back, close your eyes and let it surround you. 

Concentrate on your in breath, following it to your belly, ribcage and chest. Then observe your out breath, exiting from your chest, ribcage and belly.
